Artena at Brooks is Pet-Friendly

• No more than 2 pets allowed 
• Dogs and cats only
• Weight restrictions apply 100 lbs. for first floor apartment homes and 60 lbs. for all other floors
• No aggressive breeds are permitted
• All pets must be approved by management prior to move in, and current vaccination records are required
• A pet application is needed on each pet along with a photo. In some cases, a pet interview may be required
• An ESA (Emotional Support Animal) with a certified doctor's letter is allowed on the property
